RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Because every item is made to order especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please check our size guides carefully before ordering.
We do accept returns in the following cases:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item has a manufacturing defect
- The wrong item was sent
If your order arrives with any of the above issues, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
